Your involvement doesn’t just end with meditation. By joining the University Meditation Challenge, you’re actively supporting the efforts of the University of Sydney and the University of Technology Sydney in their pursuit of groundbreaking mental health research. The data collected will fuel a research paper that sheds light on the tangible benefits of meditation, an achievement that will ripple through our understanding of meditation practices.  

Meditate Your Way to Mental Wellness

  1. Enroll in the University Meditation Challenge.
  2. From October 1st, dedicate 20 minutes a day to guided meditation.
  3. Contribute to the research journey by completing an online survey
  4. A second survey link will be sent via email on 29th October for you to share your experience and insights.
*There is to pressure or expectation to complete the survey.
