To participate in the Mindfulness Challenge, all you need is your mobile phone. Set one or two alarms at times that suit your schedule. Whether it’s in the morning, afternoon, or evening, choose moments when you can pause and reconnect with yourself.

Embracing Mindfulness Practice

When your alarm goes off, take a moment to pause whatever you’re doing. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths, allowing yourself to center and ground in the present moment. This simple practice can help reduce stress, increase focus, and promote overall well-being.

Engaging in a Sensory Check

After centering yourself with deep breaths, it’s time to engage your senses. Take a moment to observe your surroundings. What do you see, feel, smell, and hear? By tuning into your senses, you can cultivate a deeper sense of presence and connection with the world around you.

Checking in with Your Emotions

As you complete your sensory check, take a moment to check in with your emotions. How are you feeling in this moment? Are there any emotions present, such as stress, tension, or joy? By acknowledging your emotions, you can develop greater self-awareness and emotional resilience.

Consciously Choosing Your Next Moment

Finally, take a moment to consciously choose how you want to proceed into the next moment. Rather than reacting impulsively, pause and consider how you want to show up in your interactions and activities. By intentionally choosing your response, you can cultivate greater clarity, purpose, and authenticity in your actions.
